Payment Policy

For new clients or those with irregular schedules, payment is due at the end of each lesson.

For established clients with regular schedules, you may request invoice billing. Approximately once per month I will send you a list of new charges. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill.

Prompt payment is greatly appreciated! If you feel that you are unable to make payments, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can adjust the lesson schedule to fit your budget and arrange a workable payment plan. Otherwise, the following policies will apply:

If any amount is 30 days or more past due, I may reduce or suspend lessons or put off tests and competitions until you are able to catch up on payments.
If payment is 60 days or more past due, I will be forced to drop the skater and reassign the lesson time.
If payment is 90 days or more past due and we have not arranged a working payment plan, then the debt may be referred to a collection agency. In this unfortunate situation, you will be charged for all fees associated with collection, in addition to the skating debt.
